Beatrice Batungbacal (b. 1998), known as B.BAT, is a visual artist born and raised in Manila, Philippines. Largely self-taught, she creates acrylic scene scape paintings that reinterpret what is seemingly familiar through her unique perspective and bright color palette. With a keen attention to detail, her bodies of work tell earnest personal stories with touches of humor and hints of nostalgia.
Her works have also been exhibited in Madrid, New York and Korea.
